Location: UK & Ireland (Office/Hybrid/Remote)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Delivery Consultant to join our Transport SRE team, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of services to clients. This role involves overseeing service delivery processes, maintaining documentation, and continuously improving service quality.

1. Prepare and manage documentation and evidence for ISO27001 compliance, including audit presentations.
2. Prepare and present regular reports on service delivery performance to management and clients.
3. Maintain UK Security Clearance BPSS and MOD-SC as part of the Security Clearance team, following organizational policies.
4. Manage change documentation for production services using industry-standard processes and systems.
5. Collaborate with internal teams such as development, support, and technical colleagues to ensure effective service delivery.
6. Monitor service delivery, ensuring standards and timelines are met; analyze performance metrics for improvement opportunities.
7. Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate best practices and innovative solutions.
8. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies in all activities.
9. Seek continuous improvements in service delivery processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience with ISO27001 compliance, Business Administration, and IT.
• Knowledge of ITIL or relevant certifications is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with relevant service delivery tools and software.
• UK Security Clearance BPSS or the ability to obtain it.
• Adaptability to changing client needs and service requirements.
• Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
