Position Summary:
As a Business Operations Specialist supporting partnerships globally, you’ll drive cross-functional execution, operational excellence, and long-term strategy across partner programs, partner engagements, and cloud marketplaces. Success in this role means delivering measurable impact through strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners. You’ll serve as a critical connector between business development, sales, and operations, ensuring alignment, accountability, and innovation. This role is central to scaling high-impact partnerships and advancing the company’s strategic growth initiatives.

We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist, reporting directly to the Senior Director, Programs and Operations, Ecosystems and Ventures.
Responsibilities:
Partner Program and Project Execution:
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery of indirect business and partner channel initiatives.
- Ensure successful execution of key GTM motions for Marketplaces.
- Lead external Marketplace listings and transaction programs and serve as a subject matter expert for public and private offers.
- Define and deliver projects through direct execution and team collaboration.
- Create dashboards and performance metrics to support decision-making and track progress.
- Act as a liaison across Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to align Partner Program and Project Execution goals and resolve issues.
- Manage customer experience through partner marketplaces.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner operational contacts and internal stakeholders.
- Establish and run partnership and initiative governance arrangements.
- Synthesize feedback to identify program and process gaps and optimization opportunities.
Strategic Planning & Business Development:
- Engage in long-term partnership strategies set by Leadership and aligned with internal leadership and partner priorities.
- Lead hypothesis-driven pilots to test and scale new partnering motions.
This role:

- is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week, home-based, hybrid, or office-based in US.
- requires less than 5 to 10% of infrequent travel, as needed.
- requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any otherphysical requirements ). The role requires communication with managers, peers, and other colleagues of the company in person (on occasion), and by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling, and meeting functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management, a related field, or equivalent training and experience
- 5+ years of strong experience in business operations and program management in the Tech Industry
- Experience with Hyperscale Marketplaces such as Google, Microsoft, AWS, or other Marketplaces such as Siemens or Government
- Experience working in globally distributed, hybrid teams
- Effective at building relationships with peers, leadership, and external parties
- Proven experience in an operational function with exposure to multiple business functions (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, Tech, Partner Operations).
- You’re highly motivated, have a stellar work ethic, and you’re looking for the right company to support your growth
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while also functioning as a collaborative team member.
- Ability to multitask effectively and strong organizational skills.
- Skilled in Project Management, meeting deadlines
- Keen attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Your work is always high quality, accurate, and easy to understand.
- Strong aptitude for understanding and analyzing processes and workflows.
- Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving and completing tasks.
- Proficiency with standard business software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Experience with project management or process mapping tools is a plus.
