Excellent opportunity for an experienced Test and Trials Engineer to join a growing aerospace manufacturer.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement test plans, procedures, and validation methods for mechanical and aerospace systems.
  • Conduct trials on prototypes and existing systems to assess durability, functionality, and environmental resilience.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define test parameters, instrumentation, and performance criteria.
  • Operate and maintain test equipment, including sensors, data acquisition systems, and high-speed cameras.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, such as MIL-STD, AS9100, ISO 9001, and CAA/EASA regulations.

Person:

  • Ideally you will be educated to a degree level in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in test engineering, preferably within aerospace, defence, or mechanical industries.
  • Knowledge of instrumentation, sensors, and data acquisition systems.
  • Experience working on high-speed, high-stress, or extreme environmental tests.
