Bentley Street Consulting Ltd is an agency recruiting for their client, a B2B telecoms/VOIP provider.
What are the job responsibilities?
- Working with internally generated leads to develop new business in Mid-Market companies
- A core focus on new business, upsell, and cross-sell.
- Building relationships with IT Directors/C-suite level contacts.
- A view to cross-sell the company\’s IT and Communications services.
- Provide a top level of customer service; they are currently achieving an NPS in the high 80s.

What experience do you need to apply?
- At least 12 months in a sales or Account Management, SDR, or BDR position.
- Solid experience using Salesforce or similar.
- Experience working in Business Telecoms, IT Managed Services, Cyber or Connectivity.

- A good basic salary, c.£35-40,000 depending on experience.
- Expect to earn up to £70k ote in your first year, and £80k+ from year two.
