This is a great job, especially if you’re customer-focused, experienced in SaaS and have a commercial streak. Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do, and helping them extract the maximum value from the product and service. Unlike most roles, this involves working with a life-saving product. You must have a proven background with a SaaS product:
- Renewals
- Up & Cross Sell
- Ideally, some Senior Account Management or Channel experience
Ideally, you’ll not only have experience serving as a partner/trusted advisor to your customers, helping them with training and maximising product value, but also be familiar with a subscription-based product.
£45-50,000 base with a £60-£65k OTE.
