Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do, and helping them extract the maximum value from the product and service. Unlike most roles, this involves working with a life-saving product. You must have a proven background with a SaaS product:
- Renewals
- Up & Cross Sell
- Data driven
- Ideally, some Senior Account Management or Channel experience
- Experience serving as a partner/trusted advisor to your customers, helping them with training and maximising product value
- Familiarity with a subscription-based product
