Role:
- Your key responsibility is the design, delivery and support of secure cloud solutions
- Using your technical and commercial expertise to support and consult with your customers, and develop the strategy
- Mentoring and training junior team members, whilst keeping the business up to date and in step with new technology
- A blend of hands-on delivery and strategic guidance, with both internal and external stakeholders
Person:
- You will have deep technical understanding of Microsoft Azure, M365 and Sharepoint, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose, scalable and meet the customer's needs
- Strong commercial awareness, with confidence and tact in front of the customer (both face-to-face and virtually)
- Proven track record of hands-on, technical delivery
- A background of mentoring, leading and developing junior team members, as well as the ability to manage upwards
Qualifications:
- Ideally, you will have an ITIL qualification and exposure to EDR solutions
- Working experience with HALO PSA software
