Purpose of the Role

Join the HR Function as a Reward, Talent and Performance Process Specialist, supporting the implementation of standardized, Volkswagen Group-wide HR processes as part of Bentley’s Hello Success programme—an exciting opportunity to contribute to the world’s largest SuccessFactors transformation. Reporting to the Head of Talent and Reward, you’ll be instrumental in driving Bentley’s process and systems transformation across Reward, Talent, and Performance. You’ll help align and evolve current processes in line with newly designed global standards, spanning key areas such as compensation, performance management, succession planning, colleague development, and talent management.

From day one, you'll deliver hands-on support to users, guiding them through change with clarity and confidence. Whether helping teams navigate the new system, answering queries, or resolving issues in real-time, you’ll be the go-to expert and a true advocate for change. You’ll be at the centre of a major transformation—leading the rollout of Bentley’s new Talent and Reward processes and making a meaningful impact on how our people develop, perform, and thrive.

  • Act as main contact for Bentley’s legacy Reward, Performance and Development, Succession Planning and Talent Management processes
  • Works to integrate and adapt existing processes to the new designed global processes
  • Understanding new processes and change implications for Bentley
  • Supporting the identification of additional or off-system processes that may be required to work with the new SuccessFactors design
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and global teams to capture local needs
  • Build trusted relationships with project stakeholders of all levels across the organisation and engage with stakeholders in line with programme objectives
  • Provide data mapping rules and support data migration and compliance
  • Coordinate and support local testing (prep, execution, defect handling)
  • Check system compatibility and identify downstream process impacts
  • Support system implementation, cutover, and Hypercare activities
  • Update process documentation and assist in policy updates
  • Identify change risks and support business readiness assessments
  • Develop and deliver training and support communication efforts
  • Ensure smooth knowledge transition to the permanent Talent and Reward team

The Talent & Reward team sits within the wider People and Culture Centre of Excellence team. The team plays a crucial role within the People and Culture function, driving key initiatives that shape the company’s future leaders and enhance overall career progression. Our team is at the heart of Bentley’s Beyond100+ strategy, working to ensure that our employees are equipped with the skills and opportunities to grow into future leadership roles. We focus on developing comprehensive compensation, pay and bonus initiatives, performance management, succession planning and career/talent development planning, and play a pivotal role in managing the internal and external relationships necessary to deliver world-class talent and reward strategies. About you – Skills and Experience

  • Experience of working in a Reward position e.g. Compensation / Rewards Manager, Rewards Analyst, Rewards Specialist etc.
  • Prior experience in supporting HR technology system implementations / change projects
  • Experience working within a structured project environment with proven ability to build effective relationships and work cross-functionally
  • Strong functional HR skills related to Talent and Reward
  • Good IT skills using systems and technology to deliver projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including questioning and active listening.
  • Ability to create and execute system / process tests and design business processes
  • Ability to effectively plan, organise & prioritise workload
  • Experience in the recording and implementation of requirements
