As one of our Bentley apprentices, you will combine practical experience with classroom learning to achieve a Level 3 Engineering Technician qualification. You will play a significant part in our business as we continue on this exciting journey to deliver extraordinary vehicles for our customers.
Based out of our state-of-the-art headquarters in Crewe, you will:

- Manufacturing Production (Onsite): The Manufacturing Production Apprenticeships are an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of luxury vehicle manufacturing, whilst working alongside and being mentored by our expert colleagues. You will gain invaluable experience learning and using our cutting edge technology and playing a key role in driving our electrified future. We have production Apprenticeships available within: Bentayga Assembly, Continental Assembly and Final.
- Your main responsibilities include:
- Work with high voltage vehicle systems and cutting edge electrical technology
- Fault finding and diagnosis of electrical faults on vehicle systems, including the use of diagnostics software
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the production process runs smoothly
- Data tracking and analysis to drive problem solving and continuous improvement activities for the business
- High Voltage and Electrical Planning (Hybrid/3 days onsite): The High Voltage and Electrical Planning Apprenticeship is a unique opportunity to play a significant role in our electrified future. Whilst working alongside and being mentored by our expert colleagues you will learn in detail how electrical systems are critical for production.
- Your main responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the planning, delivery of all electrical inputs to ensure electrical success
- Learn project management techniques to support with project plans
- Assist with fault diagnosis on vehicles
- Collaborate with other areas of the department to ensure a team work approach and continuous development
- Manufacturing Body Problem Solving (Onsite): The Body Problem Solving Apprenticeship is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of luxury vehicle manufacturing. Working alongside and being mentored by industry experts for Body Problem Solving and production techniques, you’ll get real insight into the thinking that underpins our business plan, an understanding of how we excite our customers and drive operational efficiency.
- Your main responsibilities include:
- Learn about traditional Body in White techniques in the manufacturing industry and explore new methods and techniques
- Collaborate with the team and wider manufacturing function to generate new ideas and ways of working to drive efficiency
- Develop expert knowledge in hands on body rectification techniques
About the Department: The Apprentice positions sit within the wider Manufacturing department. Our goal in Manufacturing is to deliver an extraordinary journey for our customers, inspiring them with a magical fusion of craftsmanship, innovation and sustainability. Our purpose includes our Bentley factory, which is the first luxury car factory in the world to be certified carbon-neutral. As part of our journey to electrification, we’re investing in our site to create a Dream Factory; a world leading, next generation digital, low environmental, advanced manufacturing facility.

Cheshire College South and West Requirements: Maths and English GCSE at Grade 4 (C) minimum or above.
