Apprenticeship Programme: As one of our Bentley apprentices, you will combine practical experience with classroom learning to achieve an Engineering and Manufacturing Support Technician Level 3 Apprentice. You will play a significant part in our business as we continue on this exciting journey to deliver extraordinary customer journeys.

Based out of our state‑of‑the‑art headquarters in Crewe, you will:

About the role: As an apprentice within the Final 2 team at Bentley Motors, you will be part of a highly skilled area responsible for ensuring every vehicle meets the exceptional quality standards expected of the Bentley brand. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will develop hands‑on expertise in diagnosing, checking, and rectifying issues to guarantee that each vehicle leaving the production line is flawless.

Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Learn how to use specialist tools, diagnostic equipment, and Bentley processes to assess vehicle condition.
  • Assist skilled technicians in completing rectification work to the highest levels of craftsmanship.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Bentley quality standards, build processes, and customer expectations.
  • Work across different stages of the rectification process, including root‑cause identification, repair, rework, and final quality sign‑off.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities aimed at reducing defects and enhancing overall vehicle quality.

About the Department: Our aim in final 2 is to deliver the correct volume of cars to sales on time and at the highest possible quality standards. All vehicles pass through rigorous testing to ensure no faults leave the factory. Vehicle electrical systems are becoming increasingly complex and it is imperative for our business that we continue building our electrical skills to successfully produce our Hybrid and BEV vehicles. With a focus on our future, we have improved our training programme and development of trainees to prepare you for a purposeful career.

What We Are Looking For:

Training Provider Entry Requirements: Chesire College South & West: GSCE (or equivalent) in English Grade C or above, GSCE (or equivalent) in Maths Grade C or above.

  • Involvement in extracurricular activities/ hobbies
