Purpose of the Role
Join the Purchasing team as a Supplier Manager, where you\'ll lead strategic supplier management initiatives and support the delivery of world-class vehicles. You\'ll play a pivotal role in Bentley\'s transformation, driving supplier performance to help us meet our Beyond100+ strategy goals.
Reporting into the Senior Supplier Manager, your main responsibilities include:
- Leading the project management of key supplier management activities
- Driving quality, delivery, and lead-time improvements through structured problem solving
- Collaborating cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, logistics, and quality teams
- Supporting functional and senior management decision making through clear reporting and insight
- Proactively shaping and contributing to the supplier management strategy
- Managing supplier relationships with a focus on continuous improvement
- Providing business-critical KPI reporting to various stakeholders

- Experience in project planning, management, and delivery
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams

- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Automotive industry experience (desirable)
- German language skills (desirable)
