We require a Reception Team Leader to join our friendly reception team to ensure an effective and efficient reception service is provided to our patients and any other visitors to the practice.
The candidate would need to have a flexible attitude, a willingness to develop and be adaptable to change.
We will consider part time or full time hours up to 37.5 per week.
Main duties of the job
To offer general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.
To facilitate effective communication between patients, members of the primary health care team, secondary care and other associated healthcare agencies.
To undertake a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the practice.

Person Specification
Experience
- Experience of working in general practice, primary care or a comparable patient/customer-facing environment.
- Previous experience in a senior receptionist, supervisor or team-leader role.
