  • Digital Product Management
    • Enter and maintain product records in the ERP system
    • Ensure digital product documentation is complete and well organised, including:

    • Packaging Guidelines
    • Line Drawings
    • Waste Packaging Data
    • Product Detail Sheets
    • Test Certificates
    • Risk Assessments
  • Upload and maintain product content across both internal websites and third-party digital platforms
  • Gather product details such as dimensions, specifications, features and imagery in coordination with internal teams
  • Retail Platform Coordination
    • Manage the setup of new product listings and updates to existing ones across external digital retail platforms
    • Ensure product specifications, images and attributes are accurate and aligned with platform requirements
    • Act as a point of contact for correcting listing errors and resolving data discrepancies
  • Manage Product Data
    • Maintain the Master Product Data Spreadsheet to ensure consistent, up-to-date information across all channels
    • Liaise with internal departments to collect and verify product data
  • Compliance and Reporting
    • Support the preparation of data for Waste Packaging Reporting and EU Timber Regulation (EUTR & EUDR) compliance
    • Maintain organised documentation to support audits and regulatory obligations
    • Collaborate with the compliance team to implement updates where required
  • What We’re Looking For

    • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
    • High attention to detail, especially when handling product data and digital content
    • Clear, professional communication skills across both internal and external audiences
    • Confidence working with digital systems including ERP systems, Microsoft Office and website content management systems
