A leading boutique private equity firm is looking for a German Speaking Team Assistant to cover holiday within the PA team from 22nd April – 27 June. This is an on-site role working in stunning offices, which involves a lot of diary management.
Duties:
- Must speak fluent German
- Diary management for a fast-paced team of investment directors
- Calendar and meeting management
- Gatekeeping, inbox management and phone support
- Client liaison, correspondence and lunch arrangements
- Full administrative support
Hours: 9am – 5.30pm with full handover day. They are looking for someone to do other ad hoc work for them moving forward, so this could suit a freelancer who wants to dip in from time to time.
