A leading boutique private equity firm is looking for a number of Team Assistants to cover holiday within the PA team during February and March.
This is an on-site role working in stunning offices, which involves a lot of diary management.
Duties:
- Diary management for a fast-paced team of investment directors
- Calendar and meeting management
- Gatekeeping, inbox management, and phone support
- Client liaison, correspondence, and lunch arrangements
- Full administrative support
Hours:
9am – 5.30pm with full handover day.
