Temporary German Speaking Team Assistant – 22nd April - 27 June – £20-£27 an hour – Private Equity

A leading boutique private equity firm is looking for a German Speaking Team Assistant to cover holiday within the PA team from 22nd April – 27 June.

This is an on-site role working in stunning offices, which involves a lot of diary management.

Duties:

1. Must speak fluent German
2. Diary management for a fast-paced team of investment directors
3. Calendar and meeting management
4. Gatekeeping, inbox management, and phone support
5. Client liaison, correspondence, and lunch arrangements
6. Full administrative support

Hours:

9am – 5.30pm with full handover day.

They are looking for someone to do other ad hoc work for them moving forward, so this could suit a freelancer who wants to dip in from time to time.
