We are recruiting an experienced EA with office management skills for a successful and rapidly growing independent investment management company. This is a brand-new role with the opportunity to play an important part in their ambitious growth plans which includes an office move. Although this is initially a 3-month FTC, there will be the opportunity to go permanent. They are based in the West End, London and ideally need someone to start immediately.

This is a varied and fast-paced role which requires a quick-thinking, adaptable, and dynamic EA. You will be the sole business support for their small office which includes office management and EA support to their 3 partners, who have extremely busy schedules with ever-changing priorities. The main focus of the role at first will be facilitating their office move to a serviced office. This role is purely business support and not managing the personal lives of the principals.

Some additional responsibilities will include:

  • Diary management
  • Travel arrangements
  • Minute taking
  • Policy administration
  • Expenses and onboarding
  • Managing ad hoc projects
  • Running the office, taking care of all supplies (including IT equipment, stationery, and refreshments), contractors, Health & Safety, etc.

The ideal candidate will be a senior level EA within financial services who enjoys office management. You will be personable, confident, proactive, and love being the go-to person and lynchpin. You should be really hungry for a meaty role where you can take on projects, muck in, and really contribute to the success of this rapidly expanding company. This job will be very much what you make of it, and they need someone dynamic, energetic, and enthusiastic to embrace this opportunity.

This role is based full-time in the office; however, there is flexibility for working hours and WFH when required. They offer a generous salary range according to experience and skills. If you are interested in this position, please send in your CV as soon as possible. We regret that we cannot reply to all applications. If you do not hear from us within 7 working days, please understand that, on this occasion, your CV has not been selected for our client.
