BDA is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist with a strong background in both domestic and international payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of hands-on payroll experience, a deep understanding of ADP systems (with prior ADP employment preferred), and strong Excel skills to support detailed reporting and reconciliations.

Location: London, UK. Employees living within 50 miles of a BDA office are required to follow a hybrid work schedule, spending 3–4 days in the office and 1–2 days working from home. Those located more than 50 miles away may work remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle payroll processing for U.S. and international employees
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
  • Handle garnishments, deductions, and benefit withholdings accurately
  • Understanding Time and Attendance, International and Domestic Benefit accruals
  • Utilize ADP systems for payroll input, reporting, and audits (e.g., Workforce Now, Celergo, Global View, Smart compliance)
  • Develop and maintain payroll reports using Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery
  • Support internal and external audits, YE Audits and or amendments with payroll data and documentation
  • Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of payroll experience, including multi-state and international processing
  • ADP Celergo experience required
  • Strong ADP systems knowledge (former ADP employees highly preferred)
  • Fluent in both English and French required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas)
  • Solid understanding of payroll tax regulations (Federal, State, Local)
  • Pension, filings, and garnishment processing
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, excellent reconciliation skillset
  • Ability to manage confidential data with discretion
  • Payroll certification is a plus or years of service

We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position is €60,000 - €70,000. If you are hired at BDA, your compensation will be determined based on factors that may include geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
