We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operative. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a supportive team. If you have a strong work ethic and an eye for detail, we want to hear from you.
Main Responsibilities for Warehouse Operative Roles:- Receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods in the warehouse
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
- Ensuring all stock is handled safely and efficiently
- Operating warehouse equipment (following training)
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse
- Completing documentation accurately and timely as required
- Complying with company health and safety policies at all times
- Training on a LLOP (Lower level order picker) will be a mandatory part of role though training will be provided
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or similar experience is desirable but not essential
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- Ability to undertake manual handling tasks and stand for extended periods
- Basic IT skills are an advantage
