Bensons for Beds is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team on the shop floor, drive performance and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You'll coach and motivate your consultants, be hands-on, and ensure the store looks its best while capitalising on uncapped commission and a monthly store bonus when targets are met.
