At Bensons for Beds, we believe everyone deserves a great night’s sleep — and that includes our Retail teams. We’re on the lookout for aSales Performance Coach who can tuck in best practices, fluff up selling skills, and help our colleagues rise and shine in customer service.
Join us as a Sales Performance Coach and help our teams sleep soundly knowing they’ve smashed their targets covering our stores nationally!
What’ll Get You Out of Bed in the Morning:
· Snuggle into stores nationwide, delivering 1:1 and group coaching that boosts customer engagement and sales, covering our stores across all 8 of our regions including Northern Ireland, Scotland, and the North and South of England and Wales
· Observe live interactions and gently nudge performance with feedback that’s as supportive as a memory foam pillow.
· Help colleagues REMember our buying model and apply it with confidence.
· Analyse sales data like a dream analyst, identifying gaps and coaching towards growth.
· Support Store Managers with routines, role play, and training that’s anything but a snooze.
What You’ll Bring to the (Pyjama) Party:
· A proven track record in retail sales (ideally assisted or consultative — no sleepwalking through transactions here!).
· Coaching skills that inspire behavioural change and boost performance like a well-fluffed duvet.

- A full UK driving licence — because this role travels more than a sleepwalker.
