Essential Skills and Licences for 7.5T Furniture Delivery Drivers- Valid UK Driving Licence (Category C1) for 7.5T vehicles is mandatory
- Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card and Digital Tachograph Card required
- Prior home delivery experience, ideally involving furniture or large household goods
- Comfortable with the delivery, assembly, and installation of furniture in customer homes
- Outstanding customer service skills – engaging, professional, and approachable
- Empathetic – understands and relates to the needs of every customer
- Resilient – remains calm and focused under pressure, able to tackle challenging situations
