As a Customer Care Specialist at Bensons for Beds, you’ll be the person who turns problems into positive experiences. Whether it’s over live chat, email or phone, you’ll support customers at key moments. You won’t just follow scripts; you’ll use your initiative, work with different teams across the business, and take real ownership of each case to get the right outcome. What you’ll be doing:
- Handling a mix of customer queries and complaints across calls, live chat and email
- Taking full ownership of cases and seeing them through to resolution
