As an Assistant Store Manager in your local store, we want your product knowledge and ability to engage with customers and your team to drive your store’s performance. You’ll be on the shop floor and help our customers to find Sleep wellness with the right sleep products, but we also want you to support the team in store by being a role model for our consultants. This means that our unique sleepPRO technology won’t be the only one making sure that both customers and colleagues get the best night’s sleep! We’ll make sure that you’re fully trained for the job and for supporting your Store Manager in theirs because we relax when we know you’re set up for success. If this is your first step into leadership, or the next move in your management career, we’ll be like our mattresses and provide ongoing support (and training)so you can build your dream career.
