Admin Assistant | Ayr | Part Time (20 hours per week)| £13,405.60 | 3 month Contract
The Role
We area looking for an admin assistant to respond to calls and correspondence, accurately log notes following contact and manage and action administrative duties in line with the business standards.
Working Hours : 20 hours per week
Your role will involve:
- To resolve complaints to a high standard providing detailed notes
- To be bold enough to make decisions and take ownership when resolving customer complaints
- To complete various management reports
- To communicate with stores, DC’s and suppliers regarding required information and changes to procedures
- To achieve targets and KPIs as set by the Leadership Team and Managers
- To uphold company policies and procedures wherever possible
The Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain calm under pressure
- Experience with all Microsoft office packages
- Customer service experience
- Previous experience with complaint handling is desirable
