Working closely with our store, property, visual merchandising and wider support teams, you’ll help coordinate projects that improve the customer experience and support the successful opening, refurbishment and development of our stores. You’ll be organised, proactive and confident managing multiple tasks at once.
From coordinating contractors and suppliers to keeping project information up to date, you’ll help make sure every detail is looked after and that our stores are ready for our customers and colleagues. Our stores are at the heart of our business, so you’ll work with teams across the organisation to keep projects moving, communicate progress and help resolve issues when they arise. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in getting things done and wants to make a visible contribution to our store estate.
What we’re dreaming of seeing: We’re looking for a Store Development Coordinator who is naturally organised and enjoys bringing people together. You’ll be comfortable coordinating timelines, updating records and communicating with a range of stakeholders, while keeping a close eye on detail and making sure deadlines are met. Ideally, you’ll have experience in a coordination, administration, property, retail, construction or project support role. You’ll be confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel, and able to manage information accurately across multiple projects. Experience working with contractors, suppliers or external partners would be useful, but full support and training will be provided.
You’ll need excellent communication skills, a practical approach and the confidence to ask questions, follow up actions and flag potential issues early. Most importantly, you’ll have a ‘can do’ attitude and enjoy working collaboratively to help our stores succeed.
Helping our stores feel comfortable: Our store development team helps create welcoming, inspiring spaces for our customers and colleagues. You’ll help coordinate the work behind the scenes, making sure projects are planned carefully, information is shared clearly and our high standards are maintained from start to finish.
