About the Role
We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a friendly and organised Medical Receptionist. As the welcoming face of our clinics, you’ll provide exceptional service to patients and visitors in a fast-paced medical environment. You must be available to work varied shifts between 7:00am and 8:30pm Monday to Friday and you must be willing to travel to the following locations: City West, Ashford, Glenelg, Western Hospital, Woodville, North Adelaide.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage patient bookings via phone (inbound & outbound)
- Deliver outstanding patient care & service
- Support referrers and medical professionals with queries
- Handle admin, results, billing & reception tasks
- Work flexibly across call centre and reception shifts
What We’re Looking For:
- A people-first attitude with strong customer service skills
- Great communication, detail focus & multitasking ability
- A positive, team-oriented approach
- Medical admin knowledge a bonus – but not essential
- Customer service experience required
- Proven ability to work under pressure
- A positive attitude and team spirit are essential in our collaborative environment
- Experience as a medical receptionist or familiarity with medical terminology is a plus (but not required)
