Ben’s Pilates is more than a studio — we’re a growing movement brand built around dynamic reformer Pilates, expert teaching and a premium, feel-good experience. With multiple new locations opening and a fast-growing community, we’re building a team of instructors who want to be part of something bigger than a timetable.

The Role

We’re looking for inspiring, fully qualified Reformer Pilates instructors to lead high-energy, technically excellent classes across our beautiful studios. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a brand on the rise, shape our culture, and grow your career with us.

Responsibilities

• Lead small-group reformer classes with confidence, clarity and creativity
• Deliver sessions centred on control, precision and seamless flow
• Build great client relationships and embody our positive, professional brand energy
• Contribute to a supportive team culture as we continue expanding

Qualifications

• Fully qualified in Reformer Pilates (exam passed)
• Energetic, upbeat and client-focused
• Based in, or able to travel to, Hampshire / West Sussex
• Experience welcome but not essential — newly qualified instructors encouraged
