The Role
At Asmall Hall, we are searching for a new Twilight Kitchen Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for the kitchen clean up after a busy day, making sure food is prepped for our chef team the next morning and assisting care staff to make food / drinks for our residents throughout the evening.
In this role you will be:
- Adhering to the HACCP procedure according to our Food Safety Management Documentation
- Maintaining the kitchen hygiene and support throughout the evening
- Actively participating in discussions, with the kitchen team, to improve the service
- Understanding the function of mandatory paperwork and record food, freezer & fridge temperatures
- Ensuring that the crockery and cutlery are cleaned as per Infection Control Guidelines
- Supporting the care staff in providing refreshments to both resident’s families and professionals during the evening
