The predicted salary is between 31500 - 38500 £ per year.
At Asmall Hall, we are now searching for a new Chef who will produce nutritious and well-balanced meals that meet our high standards and our resident’s satisfaction.
In this role you will be responsible for
- -Working alongside the Wellbeing Coordinator to provide food for the various events that take place throughout the group
- -Providing dietary requirements to meet the needs of our residents
- -The presentation of the food served is to a high standard
- -Monitoring and maintaining consistent food standards during all stages of production and service
- -Adhering to the HACCP procedure according to Food Safety Management documentation
- -Maintaining the correct use of the company’s regulatory framework and cleaning procedures
- -Ensuring quality control and hygiene systems are achieved
- -Ensuring minimum waste

*Pay will be determined on age, experience and qualifications. Your hourly rate will be reviewed again on the successful completion of your 6 month probationary period.
