Are you a dynamic Senior Interior Designer with an innovative portfolio to match? Are you looking to gain experience across a range of UK and global projects? We are looking for a creative collaborative team player to join our dynamic interior team. You will be working on a variety of design projects across multiple sectors and countries with the aim to personally grow and improve as a designer and individual along with mentoring junior members of the team.

The Senior Interior Designer is responsible for the design and management of the project on a day-to-day basis, maintaining the highest standards of design and client management. Large scale project integration and collaboration is beneficial but not crucial. You will have a full understanding of the project process and will work with minimal guidance from the Associate Director while also possessing strong communication skills.

What we are looking for:

  • Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or Design related discipline.
  • 5+ years’ experience working on Concept, Schematic and/or Detailed stage in Interior Design projects.
  • Experience of large format environments is advantageous.
  • Experience working in large team and consultant environments is advantageous.
  • A positive and creative thinker.
  • Ability to think through design problems and outstanding attention to detail.
  • Advanced software skills, including both 2D and 3D software capabilities: Adobe Creative Suite, Autocad, SketchUp or an alternative 3D package such as Rhino.
  • Excellent communication skills, including experience of liaising and developing client relationships.
  • Team player with collaborative work ethic.
  • Proactive and conscientious.
  • Keen to learn and develop skills and share knowledge with more junior members of the team.

  • Strategic innovation through a proven understanding of trends and insights and interpreting these within unique design solutions.
