Overview We are seeking a talented and motivated Interior Designer to join our Interior Design team. The role is suited to a designer who is confident working across design development and delivery stages, capable of contributing creatively while also supporting technical coordination and project delivery. You will work as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, contributing to high-quality interior design solutions across a range of complex projects.What We Can Offer You Competitive salaryAgile working with the option of three days in the studio and two working from homeA fun, inclusive and collaborative studio environment with an active calendar of social activities.22 days annual leave with the option to buy more (Pro-rated)A range of benefits, including private medical/life insurance and pensionKey Responsibilities Contribute to concept design, design development, and technical delivery across multiple projectsDevelop interior design proposals including layouts, FF&E concepts, material palettes, and spatial studiesProduce and coordinate drawing packages appropriate to project stage (Stages 2–4)Assist in the preparation of presentation material for client and stakeholder reviewsSupport coordination with Architecture, MEP, consultants, and external specialistsManage allocated tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines and quality expectationsTake feedback positively and demonstrate continuous improvement in both design and technical abilityEssential Skills & Experience 2–5 years\’ professional experience in interior designStrong design sensibility with a good understanding of spatial planning and detailingProficiency in Rhino and/or RevitDesign-led designers: strong Rhino capabilityTechnical/delivery-focused designers: strong Revit capability (Stages 3 & 4)Experience producing technical drawings and coordinating informationGood working knowledge of materials, finishes, and FF&EAbility to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environmentProficiency in 2D and 3D software: Adobe Creative Suite, Autocad, SketchUp or an alternative 3D package such as Rhino; Revit would be beneficialDesirable Experience working in a large or internationally recognised design practiceExposure to complex, multi-disciplinary projectsFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)Personal Attributes Proactive, organised, and eager to develop professionallyConfident communicator, both verbally and visuallyPositive team player with a strong sense of responsibilityOpen to guidance and mentoring, with ambition to progressSeniority level Entry levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function Design, Art/Creative, and Information TechnologyIndustries: Architecture and PlanningWe\’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
