Our work combines data analysis, behavioural research, commercial strategy and customer experience thinking to shape future‑focused environments and destinations.

We are looking for a proactive and curious graduate, ideally educated to Master's level in a relevant behavioural, social science or consumer behaviour discipline, to join our growing strategy team as a Behavioural Insights Analyst. This role will provide exposure to both behavioural research and live client project delivery, with approximately:

  • 50% focused on behavioural and market research
  • 50% focused on project support and strategic delivery

You will help uncover and interpret behavioural patterns across customer journeys, physical environments and commercial experiences, supporting clients to better understand not just what people do, but why they do it. The role spans the full project lifecycle, from research design and data gathering through to analysis, insight generation and client‑ready presentations. You will work across sectors including retail, mixed‑use, hospitality, aviation and travel environments. This is an ideal opportunity for a graduate or early‑career candidate looking to develop experience in behavioural insight, strategy consulting, customer analytics and commercial research within a creative and collaborative environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master's degree (or currently studying towards completion) in a relevant discipline such as Behavioural Science, Psychology, Consumer Behaviour, Behavioural Economics, Human Geography, Sociology, Anthropology or a related field.
  • Demonstrable application of qualitative and/or quantitative research methodologies through academic studies, dissertation research, placements or relevant work experience.
  • Experience analysing and synthesising data and research findings to develop evidence‑based insights and recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to analyse data and communicate findings is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Behavioural Research & Insight
    • Conduct qualitative and quantitative behavioural research across customer and passenger experiences
    • Analyse customer trends, purchasing behaviour, dwell patterns and engagement data
    • Support development of behavioural insight frameworks and customer segmentation approaches
    • Assist with customer journey mapping and experience analysis
    • Undertake desk research into macro trends, behavioural science, consumer expectations and emerging market shifts
    • Support survey design, research testing and insight gathering activities
  • Project Support & Delivery
    • Support project planning and delivery to ensure objectives are achieved on time
    • Coordinate meetings, manage research outputs and support stakeholder communications
    • Assist in the preparation of clear, accurate and engaging client‑ready presentations and reports
    • Support strategic thinking, hypothesis generation and project narrative development
    • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout projects
    • Contribute to proposal writing, pitches and thought leadership activities
  • Strategic Analysis
    • Translate behavioural and commercial findings into meaningful strategic recommendations
    • Support analysis of customer data, commercial performance data and experience metrics
    • Identify behavioural drivers influencing commercial performance and customer engagement
    • Assist in developing future‑focused strategies that improve customer experience and asset performance.
