- Present as a talented designer, with a portfolio showcasing creativity and innovative thinking.
- Degree in a related design field or equivalent certification or skill level; professional registration or equivalent is preferred.
- Proficiency with computer applications such as Revit, SketchUp, and Rhino; use of parametric tools is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently as required.
- Strong communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
Design Expertise
- Deliver high-quality design work in line with the brief, sharing your creative and innovative ideas throughout the project.
- Understand the design process and project brief; support the preparation of project deliverables and related activities.
- Coordinate aspects of third-party work, including external contractors, suppliers, and other professionals.
- Be a team player, respond positively to feedback, and demonstrate a positive attitude towards work and team activities.
- Support company-wide initiatives.
- Respond positively to clients and consultants.
- Support senior team members with client presentations and meetings as needed.
