Are you a dynamic designer with an innovative portfolio to match? Are you looking to gain experience across a range of international projects? Benoy’s Architecture team is seeking creative and experienced Architects and Architectural Designers.
As an Architect, you manage mid-scale, or aspects of large-scale architectural projects in the mixed-use, commercial, residential and retail sectors through all aspects of design and development.
What We’re Looking For
- Are you a talented designer, with a portfolio that showcases creativity and innovation skills?
- Do you have a minimum of two years of international project experience?
- Do you have experience of successfully delivering medium-large scale international projects?
- Do you have good hand-sketching skills to convey your design ideas and concepts?
- Are you able to work collaboratively, or with autonomy as required?
- Are you a strong communicator, effectively engaging internal and external stakeholders?
- Do you have excellent 3D modelling skills and are proficient in Rhino and SketchUp?
- Are you degree qualified in a related design field or hold equivalent certification? Professional registration is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Design Expertise: Deliver high quality design work, engaging others with your creative and innovative thinking.
- Project Delivery: Demonstrate a working knowledge of the design process and project brief, supporting the preparation of the project deliverables and other activities related to the project development. Deliver high quality work with limited guidance, demonstrating developed technical and/or design skills. Manage third parties according to the parameters of the project.
- Team Membership: Act as a team player, actively seeking feedback and demonstrating a positive attitude towards work and team activities. Support company-wide initiatives and proactively seek feedback.
- Client Relationships: Respond positively towards clients and consultants. Provide support to senior team members with client presentations and meetings as required.
- Budget Control: Recognise the importance of the project budget and seek to develop knowledge of project financials.
