We are keen to expand our team with an experienced whole of market mortgage broker who is passionate about delivering excellent service and who wants to be part of a company with key values; quality, flexibility, trust and value, that are at the heart of everything we do.

Due to the high demand for our services we need to continually expand our team. If you are an adviser who is fully CeMAP qualified and has a minimum of 18 months mortgage advice experience, who would like to work on a self-employed basis we would love to hear from you.

  • Centralised administration from a support team, allowing you to focus on looking after more clients.
  • Custom built mortgage system, allowing you to focus on the client and their needs without having to re-enter information in multiple systems.
  • Access to whole of the mortgage market including exclusive deals other brokers cannot get.
  • Strong Protection panel available to utilise yourself or the option to refer to our in-house specialist.
  • A supportive management team who will help you succeed.
  • Business development support to grow Introducers including marketing materials, business cards and social media content.
  • Flexibility to work your own hours and set your own diary limits.
  • Work from home or use our purpose-built office, giving you a relaxed modern place to work and meet clients.

Who we are looking for:

  • CeMAP qualified mortgage broker with at least 18 months experience providing mortgage and protection advice to clients.
  • Someone who is able to project knowledge and expertise when they speak to clients so they quickly build trust and rapport.
  • Someone with drive, ambition and passion for providing customers with the best possible advice and experience.
