Job Role/Description: As a Sales Administrator you will be an integral part of the sales administration function of Bennie Equipment (BEL).
Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day activity of the Sales Department where you will be striving to exceed customer expectations and be a strong communicator.
- Lead the sales administration sales packs from Group Sales Team.
- Raise and send PO’s for equipment to relevant suppliers.
- Book equipment in once delivered and process Service Dept requirements.
- Raise and send equipment invoices.
- Work with third party finance companies for payments and residual value purchases.
- Follow up outstanding equipment payments from Third Party Finance/End Users.
- Ensure sales related administration is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
- Build effective customer relationships and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively in line with our LIFT principles.
- Work closely with the Hire and Service teams and partner with all our sales teams.
- Be compliant with the usage of our systems, actively engaging with process improvement work and supporting the development of our CRM system.
- Ensure data is accurately recorded on all relevant systems.
- Drive positive behaviours that ensure all sales KPI’s are met.

The ideal candidate will:
- Have strong knowledge and experience of Plant and Equipment Sales.
- Be able to demonstrate proactiveness and adaptability in their role.
- Have excellent, accurate, administration and organisation skills.
- Have excellent telephone, email and face to face communication skills.
- Have working knowledge of Microsoft and CRM systems (e.g., Protean).
- Previous experience in the Equipment Service/Hire industry would be very advantageous.
