The work:
- Building materials, palletised goods, scaffolding and steel from our Twyford depot to sites across London and the South of England.
- Artics up to 44 tonnes, flatbed and curtainside - plus regular wagon & drag work for those with the experience.
- Proper professional haulage - no multi-drop.
- Day work, home every night, bar the occasional paid UK night out when the job needs it.
- Mostly Monday - Friday, 10-hour shifts, with overtime available for those who want it.
What you'll need:
- Class 1 (C+E) licence, valid Driver CPC and a digital tachograph card.
- Ideally wagon & drag experience as there's regular drawbar work waiting for it.
- A Hiab or Moffett ticket is ideal too, and paid accordingly; FORS training is a huge plus.
- To live within about 30 minutes of our Twyford depot (RG10) as the days can be long enough without a big commute on top.
- Comfortable in and around London, and reliable, professional and polite - you're the face of Bennetts on every site.
What we offer:
- £38,000 - £42,000 basic depending on experience, plus plenty of overtime.
- The right tickets paid accordingly; Hiab, Moffett and wagon & drag experience all count.
- Paid training kept current: ALLMI Hiab, Moffett, FORS, Driver CPC.
