Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to manage a broad caseload of residential property matters.

  • This role will involve handling the full spectrum of conveyancing work, including:
  • Sales and Purchases
  • Shared Ownership transactions
  • New Builds

You will play a key part in the continued success of our employee‑owned firm while enjoying the unique benefits of shared ownership.

The Role

  • Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
  • Work closely with a dedicated support team and delegate effectively.
  • Provide clear, expert advice to clients on all property‑related matters.
  • Stay updated on legislation and conduct legal research where required.
  • Liaise professionally with clients, estate agents, brokers, lenders, and other parties.
  • Draft and review legal documents including contracts, leases, and transfer deeds.
  • Maintain accurate, compliant, and organised records.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ residential conveyancing experience.
  • Strong understanding of conveyancing procedures and property law.
  • Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a busy caseload under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to excellent client service.
