- - Diagnose, service, repair and maintain private and light commercial vehicles
- - Inspect and repair brakes, engines, steering, suspension, electrical and hybrid/EV systems
- - Carry out MOT preparation, testing and ensure compliance with legal standards
- - Maintain accurate job cards, service records and customer updates
- - Advise customers on work required, costs and completion times
- - Formal qualification: Level 2 or 3 Diploma / National Certificate in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- - Minimum 3 years hands‑on experience working in a professional garage environment
- - Proficient in using modern digital diagnostic equipment and multi-brand tooling
- - Knowledge of petrol, diesel, hybrid and electric vehicle systems
- - Ability to work unsupervised and to high safety/quality standards
