Specific Duties:
Assisting with the setting up ofexamination venues by laying out stationery, equipmentand examination papers in accordance with strict exam procedures
- To conductexaminations in accordance with the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) and awardingbodies
- To assist with invigilationfor the internal trial exams taking place in November 2026/January 2027 andalso the Summer Exam season May/June 2027
- Acting as a readeror scribe for an examination (full training will be given)
- Assistingcandidates prior to the start of the examination by directing them totheirseats and advising them about possessions permitted in examination venues
- Ensuring thatcandidates do not talk once inside the examination venues
- Being vigilant andsupervising students at all times
- At the end of theexam, collecting, collating and delivering scripts to the Exams Office inaccordance with regulations and procedures
- An opportunity tobecome a room supervisor
