About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Guest Experience Manager to lead reception and guest experience services at a prestigious corporate location near St Paul’s. This is a high-profile opportunity to shape a five-star guest experience, lead a talented team, and champion service excellence in a premium front-of-house environment. As the on-site leader for guest services, you’ll be the face of hospitality—managing the reception experience, coordinating meeting room support, and ensuring every guest interaction is polished and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the Guest Experience team to deliver exceptional front-of-house service.
- Provide hands-on support during peak hours, personally greeting and escorting guests.
- Manage the reception area and all guest touchpoints, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Oversee the booking, coordination, and set-up of meeting rooms, including hospitality requirements.
- Act as the on-site Bennett Hay ambassador, presenting service improvements and innovations to the client.
- Handle HR responsibilities for the team, including scheduling, payroll, performance appraisals, and training.
- Maintain service excellence through attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
- Liaise with clients and service partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Uphold and model Bennett Hay’s high standards of personal presentation and guest engagement.

- Experience in a premium corporate, hospitality, or five-star environment preferred.
