About the Role
We are looking for a creative, organised, and commercially aware Marketing Manager to join our Head Office team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering engaging campaigns, maintaining strong brand standards, and supporting a fast‐paced hospitality business with fresh ideas and practical marketing solutions.
In this role, you will lead the planning and delivery of seasonal campaigns and wider marketing initiatives across the business. You will work closely with internal teams to create effective content, maintain website accuracy, and ensure marketing materials are consistently displayed across sites. This is a hands‐on position suited to someone who is both strategic and proactive, with a genuine interest in hospitality, food, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of seasonal campaigns and marketing initiatives across the business.
- Visit sites to ensure marketing materials are displayed consistently and in line with brand standards.
- Create strategic campaigns and supporting content for social media, website updates, and client communications.
- Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and brand consistency.
- Coordinate with the Creative Lead and manage marketing calendars to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Support the wider business with creative and operational marketing needs where required.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 18 months' experience in a marketing role, ideally within hospitality or foodservice.
- A good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing channels.
- Basic design skills, such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, would be an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging and effective marketing content.
- Excellent organisational and time‐management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- A proactive and hands‐on approach, with a willingness to support sites operationally when needed.
- Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in food, hospitality, and customer experience.
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop.
