About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support the planning and delivery of seasonal campaigns and marketing initiatives across the business. This is a varied, hands-on role combining creative content, digital updates, and on-site brand standards. You will work closely with our Creative Lead and operational teams to ensure our marketing is consistent, timely, and impactful across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of seasonal campaigns and wider marketing initiatives across the business.
- Visit sites to ensure marketing materials are displayed consistently and meet brand standards.
- Create strategic campaigns and supporting content for social media, website updates, and client communications.
- Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency at all times.
- Coordinate with the Creative Lead and manage marketing calendars to support timely, organised delivery.
- Take a proactive approach to supporting sites operationally when needed, helping maintain strong brand visibility and execution.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 12 months' experience in a marketing role (hospitality or foodservice experience is desirable).
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing channels.
- Basic design capability (e.g., Canva; Adobe Creative Suite is desirable).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging, on-brand content.
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills, confident juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
- Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in food, hospitality, and customer experience.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively, with a positive, enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn.
