We are looking for an ambitious and passionate Corporate Hospitality Sous Chef to join our team in a high-end corporate environment in Marylebone. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with recipes and standards set by the Executive Chef
  • Take ownership of your section, ensuring smooth service, organisation, and consistent delivery
  • Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and attention to detail at all times
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Support and mentor junior chefs, contributing to their development and performance
  • Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver outstanding hospitality service
  • Assist in menu development, tastings, and continuous improvement of food offerings
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and well-managed kitchen environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar senior kitchen role
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and a variety of cuisines
  • Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
