About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Hospitality Assistant to join our on-site hospitality team at a prestigious City law firm. You’ll be part of a dedicated team delivering high-quality service in a professional and welcoming environment. This role offers variety, working across meeting rooms, events, and client hospitality areas to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for all guests. Key Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional hospitality service across meeting rooms, including serving beverages, sandwiches, buffets, and fine dining
- Supporting occasional evening events and ensuring a 5-star service at all times
- Maintaining tea point areas and restocking vending machines
- Ensuring presentation standards are consistently high and service areas remain immaculate
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide a friendly and professional service
- Demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude to meet client and team needs
What We’re Looking For
- Previous hospitality experience is beneficial, but full training will be provided
- Excellent customer service skills and confident spoken English
- A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine desire to deliver great guest experiences
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to a changing schedule
