About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Corporate Receptionist to join our front‑of‑house team within a prestigious Central London corporate environment. This role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced setting and takes pride in delivering outstanding first impressions. As the face of the business, you will provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and clients while maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operation of reception and supporting a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional front‑of‑house cover and act as the first point of contact for all visitors
- Greet and welcome clients and guests in a warm, polished, and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls and emails efficiently, ensuring accurate communication
- Coordinate visitor bookings and liaise with internal teams and building management
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well‑presented reception area at all times
- Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Bennett Hay standards
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support daily operations and service delivery
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 1–2 years in a corporate reception, front‑of‑house, or hospitality role
Attributes: Well‑presented, polished, and confident; Friendly, approachable, and professional with a positive attitude
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities; Good IT literacy, including familiarity with booking systems and Microsoft Office; Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
