Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shift Pattern: 06:45 – 15:15

Holiday Entitlement: 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, increasing to 21 days after one year of service.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our corporate catering team based near Chancery Lane. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop a career within professional hospitality and catering. As Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in supporting the kitchen operation, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, organisation and efficiency are maintained at all times. You will work closely with the kitchen team to help deliver an excellent food service in a professional corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving, checking and safely storing deliveries
  • Maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen and back-of-house areas
  • Washing dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment and service items to a high standard
  • Assisting with basic food preparation tasks as required
  • Ensuring all health, safety and hygiene standards are followed
  • Supporting the wider kitchen team with day-to-day operational tasks
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain an efficient and positive working environment
