About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable Kitchen Assistant to support the Head Chef with breakfast and lunch preparation, help keep service running smoothly, and assist with simple food service during busy periods. Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the Head Chef to support breakfast and lunch set-up and preparation
  • Help maintain a well‑stocked, clean and presentable food counter
  • Replenish items on the counter throughout service to support the Front of House team
  • Serve food during busy periods, ensuring a smooth and efficient service

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Previous Chef de Partie experience is helpful but not essential
  • Ideal background: Commis Chef level or a recent culinary graduate
  • A genuine passion for food and a willingness to learn and develop
  • Basic level of English and the ability to understand and follow instructions from the Head Chef
  • A calm, can‑do attitude, especially during busy periods
