About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospitality Supervisor to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering five-star hospitality services within a dynamic and professional business environment. This position offers the opportunity to lead a motivated team, ensuring high standards of service and operational excellence across all hospitality functions. As Hospitality Supervisor, you will be responsible for the seamless delivery of guest experiences, managing daily operations, and working closely with stakeholders to enhance our food and beverage services. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, a passion for hospitality, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional five-star guest experience for all visitors and users of the space.
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the hospitality team, encouraging collaboration and high performance.
- Manage hospitality services, ensuring events are supported with high-quality food offerings and professional service.
- Partner with the Guest Services Manager to support menu development, food quality standards, and service performance.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders to tailor and enhance hospitality delivery.
- Oversee administrative duties including email correspondence, supplier ordering, and food safety compliance.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with food safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory and place supply orders to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate on strategies to improve operational efficiency and guest service standards.
- Flexibility to work within operational hours of 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with paid overtime when applicable.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of proven experience in the hospitality industry, ideally within a business & industry setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
